Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026. This is a starting draft and must be reviewed by a lawyer before a public launch.

What we collect

• Account details: phone number or email address, username, display name, bio and profile photo.
• Payout details: legal name, PAN, UPI ID or bank account and IFSC. PAN and bank numbers are encrypted.
• Link activity: when someone opens a Pickloop link we record time, platform, device type, country and a one-way hash of the IP address. We do not store raw IP addresses.
• Instagram (only if you connect it): your account ID, username, an access token, your posts list, and comments on posts you set up automations for, so we can send the reply you configured.

How we use it

• To run your storefront, track clicks and sales, and pay your commissions.
• To send automatic Instagram direct messages that you configure.
• To prevent fraud and meet tax and legal requirements.

Sharing

Shoppers are redirected to brands and affiliate networks, who receive a tracking ID (not your personal details). We use Amazon Web Services (India region) to host data. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We then remove your profile, store, Instagram connection and payout details. Financial records (commissions, payouts) are kept as required by Indian tax law. See data deletion.
